Loyalty Reward Program

Welcome to The Flower Factory Rewards Program! This program is available for all of our in-store customers as our way to thank you for your loyalty to The Flower Factory. Through this program you have the opportunity to earn savings toward future purchases!

The More You Use, the More You Save

• We appreciate your repeat business and your loyalty means a lot to us.
• Earn a reward for each purchase, subject to the rules and regulations below.
• After earning five rewards you will receive a Loyalty Reward for $10.00 to be used towards your next in-store purchase, subject to the rules and regulations below.
• Upon redemption of your reward, your account will be reset to zero.

Rules and Regulations

• Rewards are only earned through in-store purchases.
• Rewards may only be earned once per day.
• The $10.00 reward may only be applied to in-store purchases of flowers, plants, balloons and gift items.
• Rewards cannot be applied to tax or delivery.
• Rewards may only be redeemed for purchases as described above and have no cash value.
• Rewards are only available to registered members that have downloaded the App.
• Rewards are non-transferable.
• Members must be 18 years or older to earn Rewards.
• We hold the right to cancel an account at any time.
• Memberships without any activity after a year may be cancelled without notice.
• Accounts will be audited monthly and any suspicious activity will be inactivated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law when necessary.

Thank you again for using our Loyalty Reward Points system, we look forward to exceeding your expectations as well as being your one stop shop for all your floral and gift giving needs. Without notice to you, The Flower Factory reserves the right to "unregister" and make the customer ineligible for the rewards program that has been inactive for one (1) year. Inactivity is defined as no rewards earned during a one-year period. In the event that your account is unregistered or rendered inactive, all earned rewards in your account are void.

The Flower Factory reserves the right to change, modify, discontinue or cancel the Rewards program or any part of the Rewards program, at any time and in its sole discretion, without notice to you.
